The Tourist Information and Community Centre lies in the heart of Zierow and is open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00 (year-round) and Sunday from 12:00 to 14:00 (May-August) for all guests and residents of the resort. Here, all visitors receive interesting and important information about the town and the surrounding area as well as interesting facts about the Nordwestmecklenburg region. If you wish to get tips for outings or public events, to rent a beach chair in advance, to buy Zierow postcards, to visit our small village museum or to lend a book from our book exchange corner or to surf the net for free, please visit us in our Tourist Information Centre.

Wireless internet access is available free of charge at our Tourist Information and Community Centre. Another HotSpot is located on the beach of Zierow. Log in via the WLAN network "Ostseehotspot" and surf the net without any limitations.

Security and hygiene rules when visiting the Tourist Information and Community Centre:

⦁ Enter the offices only after being asked to do so.
⦁ Admission only with medical mask (FFP2, KN95 or OP mask).
⦁ Access for max. 3 visitors at a time.
⦁ Keep at least 1.50m distance from other persons.
⦁ Use the disinfectants available at the entrance.
⦁ Fill in your contact details on the form laid out for visitors.
⦁ Visitors with acute respiratory illnesses are not allowed to enter the premises unless they can prove by a medical certificate that they do not have COVID-19.
